To propose, manage and coordinate international agreements wth universities, institutions, foundations and international organisms at short, middle and large term, offering advising in criteria unification between different university agencies in execution of institutional agreements with other public, private, national and international organisms.

• To centralize, plan and direct the international spreading of programs, investigation projects, initiatives and other activities of the Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega to foment the internationalization of our institution.
   
• To advise universitary comunity on indentification and management of mobilization opportunities abroad that benefit and support the international academy development of students, teachers, researchers and administrative staff.
   
• To realize diagnoses and statistics of results from international projects undertaken by our educational center.
   
• Other functions assigned to them.
